Marketing - Catalog Technical Service Advisor
Full time position Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00pm

• Maintains and updates relevant technical specifications on all equipment lines.
  
  
• Responsible for maintaining, updating and revising catalog database. This includes adding new items, deleting obsolete product, reviewing and editing tech tips, etc. providing “up to the minute” information for all company web sites
  
  
• Oversees production of specialized catalogs, e.g. motors, tools and test instruments
  
  
• Researches catalog issues received from field employees and updates all files.
  
  
• Assist graphic designer(s) with print catalog page layout as it pertains to product images, and other information as required.
  

The individual must possess a fundamental knowledge of HVAC equipment along with strong communication skills both written and verbal. One to two years in an HVAC technical services postion required.
