Under supervision from the R.E. Michel Regional Manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for effective and profitable management of the branch. The Branch Manager works with the Regional Manager to establish sales, profitability, staffing inventory, and other goals while continually evaluating action plans to the customer’s needs. The Branch Manager hires, develops, and trains personnel and accurately completes all administrative responsibilities.
